I recently devoured this book and finally found the best time to consume Daily Supergreens. While there are plenty of sound suggestions out there, I find this to be the most compelling thus far.
Answer: before your heaviest meal or before a meal that’s lacking in vege.
Extra tip: if you can, eat in this order: fiber first, protein and fat second, starch last.

A study has also been done on eating in this order: two groups were asked the same amount of food. One group was told to eat in the order above, whereas the other group was not told to eat in any order. Result: the first group managed to lose or maintain weight, while the second either maintained or gained weight.
